Our Services
Divorce Mediation
Navigating divorce can be challenging, but mediation offers a path forward where you and your spouse collaborate on solutions. As your mediator, I remain impartial and do not provide legal advice, instead helping you craft your own agreements on crucial matters like property, finances, and custody. Once decisions are reached, I will provide the prepared agreements, which can then be legally finalized as part of your divorce.
While mediation is typically conducted via Zoom, we also offer options like text/email communication or shuttle mediation when appropriate. Call us to help you determine which method of mediation is most suitable for your circumstances.
Divorce Application
The Divorce Application (also known as a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage) is the official legal document that initiates the divorce process with the court. This is the formal document you will submit to the court to commence proceedings for the dissolution of your marriage.
Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) or Separation Agreement
Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) or Separation Agreement represents the culmination of your mutual agreements reached during the divorce or separation process. It clearly defines the rights and responsibilities of each party concerning assets, debts, support, and children, ensuring a formal and enforceable resolution.
Co-Parenting Plans
Our comprehensive co-parenting agreements are very detailed, leaving no room for confusion or grey areas. This plan is designed to foster a stable and nurturing environment for your children as you navigate life in separate households. It clearly outlines schedules, communication protocols, decision-making processes, and financial responsibilities, all with the primary focus on your children's well-being and best interests. We offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure your results are lasting, and effective. If anything in the agreement isn't working out, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make the changes at no extra cost.
